BCDI NYS 2026 Policy Priorities

The Youth Justice Innovation Fund would invest $50 million in community-based services and programs for systems impacted youth.  Too often Black children are not seen as children.  They are also not afforded the opportunity to learn and recover from their mistakes.   The YJIF would help repair that injustice.

YOU CAN CONTACT  YOUR ELECTED REPRESENTATIVES TO LET THEM KNOW YOU SUPPORT THE  YJIF  TODAY.
